domain An offer for therealtorszone.com?

I have this listed for sale on Sedo. A company that buys and sells domains is interested. I have no clue what to ask. Various automated appraisals are no help. They give me from 22.00 to 16,000.

Could someone here give me a realistic idea? Newly listed Domain has no traffic or links

First of all realtorzone.com is a low value domain and this is already registered by the way. Usually having the word "the" in a three word domain detracts from the value. I would say that your domain was valued at low $xx to reg fee. The other thing I would like to say is that if this company ask you to obtain a professional appraisal and suggest an appraisal company for you to use, it may be an appraisal scam.And they may not be interested in your domain at all. I would say email them back and ask THEM to make you an offer. Good luck.

I have to back up exsedo on that. One of the biggest scams is to phish registrants for bogus appraisal fee's.

If they approach you yet you have no listing anywhere saying you want to sell the domain, that's the first flag.

If they say something like: We are very interested in your domain, but we need to know how much traffic the site gets, and we can't make an offer without an appraisal. We can only base our offer on an appraisal from X company... that's when the sirens blow.

Be very careful and only use appraisals from legit companies that YOU inquire to, never vice-versa.

REALTOR® is a trademark that is, afaik, vigorously defended. You should dispose of this domain one way or another ASAP. My apologies if you're a REALTOR and you know this already.

Marck, yes that was mentioned to me when I first selected that name and thats why I parked it. I'm inclined to follow exsedo's advice and see if they will make me an offer. May as well be rid of it as to try to use it and get into hot water.
