An interview with ICANN's last publicly elected director Karl Auerbach... A very thought-provoking read. I've always felt there's something wrong with the way ICANN is run, domain registrants & internet users have no voice and ICANN is not accountable to us.

That's an old article. I read that in 2007.....but it is still relevant to how ICANN works.

Karl was always ostracized by the rest of the board members b/c he wanted to do the "right thing".
