American Idol's Simon Cowell: $22,000 A Minute

At $36 million a year, American's Idol's Simon Cowell brings in approx. $22k a minute! Here's a guy that obviously doesn't have to look at the price side of the McDonald's menu like I do... :p

Of course, with advertising selling on the popular show for over $2 million a minute, Simon's slice of the pie isn't all that big by comparison.

Well, it wouldn't be the same show without him. Like XFactor, it wouldn't be nearly as big without him, I feel.

I don't like the show, it gets a little old after a while for me, that is all reality shows though.

Ummm I would say he's worth it. Fox pays him that because Fox is making a lot of money off of him.

whoah!! that 22, 000/min is very decent. Even if I work hard. I will never get that sum so easily

The most I've ever made has been $50 an hour for consultations.. if I made Simon's money, I'd work an hour a week (because I'm lazy)

Being rude makes him popular in the most annoying but likable way. I cannot seem to like or hate him because he's an expert, and that's his talent.
