You only emailed us a few hours ago, I answered your email, it seems like there was a mistake with the dns information that was sent to you, a human error. The old IP was sent instead of the new IP.

About the downtime, some one was running exploits from our server,
The exploit was tragetting a server with a DOS attack.

To stop this error we have hired a new managment team (Accunet),
We already bought their top security solution.

And just for your information, the current server uptime for this month is: 99.548% And it will probably go up to 99.8% until the end of the month. (We stand for our 99% guarantee).

I really doubt that this is by any means bad many hosts wish they had such uptime records, and if you want a prove;

Just to update on my previous post, all my concerns have been solved by zoneserv within the 24 hour mark. To be fair, that is if its possible, I think user's should be notified of such attacks, so that we could inform our clients on what's happening and what we would be expecting over the next few days.
