Still waiting for the installation I paid for.

Update...
I contacted the company that sells the software and license this afternoon and asked if I was OK using it. They said it was fine as long as it was only used on one site at any time. They said if I sent them the license code they would check it for me.
I sent it and they replied that it was in use at another site and I shouldn't be using it unless it is removed from there....

So now it seems I was sent the files to a program I can't legally use as well as an installation I paid for but didn't receive.
