Gimp is wonderful, and would hazard a guess that while it has much less functionality than Photoshop, almost everyone will be able to use it just was well, because lets face it who, other than professionals, requires all of Photoshop's functionality?

That depends a LOT on the person trying to use it. I personally find them both almost impossibly difficult to use.

I feel ya. Photoshop isn't that hard for me, although GIMP was straight up weird. I uninstalled it almost right after I installed it. :lol:
