I'm trying to get an email address on my own custom domain to look more professional for outbound domain sales, and I'm looking for a free email provider that will let me take my domain to them. I've heard good things about Zoho, but the primary problem with them is that it would cost me to have my emails forwarded to my Outlook inbox - I would have to actually keep logging into Zoho to check emails.

I recently came across two similar services from this article:

Both Bitrix24 and CloudEmail look promising to me. Has anyone used these, and are they better than Zoho? Do they allow for forwarding emails to my Outlook inbox for free? Thank you in advance.

Get a VPS with IP from Switzerland (check my forum signature) and install this https://mailinabox.email/

All emails sent will be in clients inbox, and not in junk/spam.

The first two points on mailinabox's setup guide rule it out for me - it's not free unlike the solutions I'm talking about, and that's a big deal for me right now.

I heard it was recently made a paid option. Is that true, or are you doing it for free?
