

if that's being generated dynamically by some serverside language (php, etc), then you can just edit the code to use php's sort() function.
but, since you want to know how to do it in dreamweaver, i believe there's a "sort table" option under the Commands menu (but that might only work for tables).

if they are self typed, without being stored anywhere, then you'll struggle to automate it.
sorting is doable in tables and databases. You could write an application to get all the info off the page, and store it and sort it, but thats more of a job than just doing it yourself by cut and paste of the html.
