I was reading and reading and reading but didn't saw 2017 in the thread, so i thought
it was for this year. After an hour I suddenly saw it were the promotions of 2017th birthday of .CO. For that reason started a 2018-thread =>

I suppose many registrars will give promotion between 23 and 26 or 29 of july.
That's why the above pricing is the current pricing OR a pricing that will begin a particular day and end another particular day (Moniker only starts at 23rd of july).
Lot's of the above prices will probably lower during the week that comes then they are now.
This is especially the presumption I have, as the rrpproxy-newsletter talked about a COMING promotion between 23rd and 29th, and Moniker also talked about promotion between those days.
So the promotion probably is promotion givn by the registry to the registrars between those days.
Of Hexonet and Godaddy and NAme.com I didn't get the promotionnewsletter yet. I could check, but something happened here at home, why I have to delay the update concerning end of july-promotion of .co (new registrations, first year).
In any case check the 23rd and 24th certainly the different registrars. The prices will still diminish at several registrars.

Registered many .co at Rs.69 at Godaddy but now the offer gone.

I still have long list but I don't like to do business with Hexonet. Moniker is way to much for me.
