I scanned all Chinse premium (without a,e,i,o,u,v and 0,4) LLNN and NNLL .com and all are gone. I registered last two CP NNLL.coms that were left!

What do you think is the future of this?

The 88's always command a good price!

Absolutely!
I edited and added a few more to that post....

Seems double numbers are certainly a good thing (8's being the best) but three letter words with a number seems to work well too!

I wonder what is considered stronger? Double Letters or Double Numbers, interested to read some viewpoints on this, cheers

Double numbers tend to get the higher prices

CP may mean ่ฝฆ็ฅจ (train ticket), ้’ž็ฅจ (banknote), ๅฝฉ็ฅจ ( Lottery), etc.

41 rhymes with ๅธไปช (master of ceremonies), ็ก่กฃ (pajamas), ่ฅฟๅŒป (western medicine), etc.

Just Wondering.....

Everybody is staying away from the number 4 because it is a bad number in Chinese numerology...many people on this forum will even go so far as to say you will never sell a domain with a #4 in it...

Why then, is the premier domain site in China called 4.cn???

Seems to kind of counter the general consensus, no?

Has there really been many people on this forum who said you will never sell a domain with a 4 in it? I've never seen a single person make that claim.

Yes it has been said..... don't ask me to quote who or when because I have no idea... I just know that I have read it on namepros

And it has also been noted many times that it's a non-premium number which apparently means "death"

Most folk will tell you that the 4 will decrease the price, yes it means "death" but if you had a domain like 4444.com .......it means cash!!! Many domainers fall for the "keep away" hype. Make your own decisions, I believe if something is rare it may be worth considering, 4444/com is rare. In the context of this thread I would suggest there would be some LLNN's containing a 4 would be of value Eg: Cn48

Well, I was definitely one of those people who was scared of 4, but me thinks my attitude has changed somewhat towards this number .

Kassey Lee.... you are obviously super knowledgable with regards to the Chinese market and language. I have found your past posts to be extremely helpful and really appreciate the content you post!

I'm hoping you can tell me what significance, if any, can be attributed to the domain WDD8 ... I picked it up a little while ago and have it parked where it receives 300 to 400 visits per month. I have tried many different keywords but I'm getting zero clicks.

I've tried to research possible meaning/translations and Chinese character but I have just pretty much ended up banging my head against the wall in frustration. LOL

I'm hoping you or possibly somebody else on the forum might have an idea as to why I'm receiving the visitors that I am... it appears that almost all of them are coming from or through Baidu

I would really appreciate some help/thoughts on this one.

Thank you!!! ;)

Thanks for the kind words. D is a money letter because it is associated with ่ดท (Lend). WDD can have many Chinese meanings and some money-related phrases are:

็ฝ‘่ดท่ดท (net lend lend, or lending on the net)
็ฝ‘่ตŒ่ตŒ (net gamble gamble, or gambling on the net)

Unfortunately, being Chinese does not necessarily make me a better investor. A year ago I registered a number of .com names similar to yours but had 0 inquiry, so I have let all of them drop.

Thank you very much!

Now I can test out keywords related to lending and gambling and see if people click through on the ads

Definitely much further ahead than before!

Thank you!!! :)

I just reread your post and I am curious .... does this mean that "W" can mean "net" ?

Thanks again. ;)
