My beloved, red HoT Red Sox begin the best-of-seven "American League Championship Series" against the dreaded Yanks beginning Tuesday, 10/12! :tu:

Remember that these EXACT same two teams went to an epic Game #7 last year at this very time. :blink:

PS. That manager from Minnesota (who just lost it all to the Yanks in the "ALDS") would have been fired on the spot had he been in Boston - awful pitching management in this game, where they had been ahead 5 - 1, and ended up losing 6 - 5. :o

Pedro did good in his last start, but before that was his last few starts were kind of shakey. If he doesnt bring his good stuff I predict the the top of our order to do great against him.

Yep, the bats never came out last night ... Pedro did about as well as could be expected IMHO. Shilling looks to be gone for the remainder of the season! :tri:

Down 0-2 in a best-of-seven series is not good, but they are coming back to Fenway begininning tom'w night, so anything can happen. Yank's pitching is not at all as good as we've seen the first two games. We've got 'em right where we want 'em!

And the Yankees go out to a 3-0 lead in the ALCS, in what was a VERY high scoring game 18-9 broke a lot of ALCS records with number of hits, runs, ect ect ect

Game 3 was darn ugly looking, me and my roommates as well as about 20 other people were crammed into our house watching the UVA vs FSU game (which was ugly as well uva got owned ) and during commericials we woudl flip over to the Yankees Sox game,s was ugly all the way through

Game 4 is not yet over, still a VERY close ballgame

And even if the sox do get swept, i blame it on just better players on the yankees, and possibly shilling pitching when he knew he was hurt, but covered it up
