domain Al3xa.com domain appraisal

If you didn't notice the number 3 is located directly above the letter E, could be a typo domain

If that was the case I would not have been able to register the domain, al3xa.com is not trademarked.

You are new, so I'll go easy on you. Its not regged because ALEXA is a trademark and this for all intent purposes means ALEXA. If its not then what would you suggest people could do with such a great almighty domain like AL3XA.com?

Even if you was to use it to redirect type in traffic to any other site, the user looking for alexa.com would simply click off the site realising its not the site they wanted, which would cause a massive bounce rate.

Just my opinion hommes. Feel free to see what the domain vets say.

If that was the case I would not have been able to register the domain, al3xa.com is not trademarked.

All cases of infringement originate with someone's ability to register the name.

Registration is just the act of registering the name. You must infringe to be infringing.

Do you have any evidence that your definition of tm infringement is right? I think tm infringement would be registering say cocacola.com before coca cola do, where as alexa have trademarked their name "alexa" not "al3xa". There is already another company called al3xadata.com and I don't believe they are infringing alexa.com tm either.
