Today I received a response to my ticket from Sep 30!
Almost a month ago, I had a chat with support about the transfer.
They told me to open a ticket with domain names.
I opened a ticket and after a week of no response I closed my account.
Today they "see that you have created AIT Ticket #xxxxx" and ask me for my CC number, full name and billing address! Are they kidding?

yeah their ticket responsive and custom service very slow and their backend somewhat still in 2000's standard,many operation requires manual intervene(no push,no coupon system, manual auth code sending,no modern payment like paypal)
thats why i against using this promotion,its not worth the risk

I really think that ppl underestimate this registrar. They're not bad at all.

You can change name servers via domain management, and you don't need to use customer support.

There's a "request auth code" option right under Support. Just shoot them a simple request via form, and you'll get your auth codes in your email via customer support rep who also leaves their phone # and ext! They emailed me like within 3 hours after I requested -- and today is Sunday...

There's a $2.99 first-year reggae and transfer still available.

I had 0 problems lol.

Almost sad I'm transfering out for the namecheap promo. I'm considering using them for web hosting or smth. Idk. Was really impressed with the customer service.
