Accepting Best Over over 10k (on other forums also)
(My highest previous offer was 45K ..when it was in the 25K a year range.. )
OK I'm going to Do it.. I need the cash and I dont have the desire to work on it any more. I discovered I had a 301 disappear from my htaccess.(I reset it this week) I believe that dropped 301 caused me a duplicate content penalty in MSN.
MSN traffic will re-appear..things like that happen from time too time ..just part of the business. (the very frustrating part !)
So Google is currently sending most the traffic .. roughly 450 a day
Income this month $400 adsense $100 a Month Wctravel..keep in mind it's the end of January .. traffic will increase as we enter the summer vacation and then the Nov/Dec travel season..If nothing changed at all ..I expect it still to do around 10k this year .. MSN returns it will be back in the 15K range ..plus what ever the buyer brings to the table ..cleaning up pages , adding fresh content , adding new pages , gathering new links etc..
Best Months were 5K , Best Year was 2005 roughly 28K
Worst months were in the $300 range ..worst Year was 2003 ..start up year a few grand if I recollect
Did 13K last year
Total is around 65K the past 3 1/2 years ..not bad for .ws and a second hand developer
The site has a thousand plus links .. and the site has a HISTORY ..it has trust rank .. and for what it's worth a PR5
Expenses are $20 hosting and $40 a month I pay someone to write a monthly article . I havent submitted a PR in many months now .
I can certainly continue to host it for a while.. 3 months
