Site revenues around $350 a month adsense and travel affiliate

I need the cash and I dont have the desire to work on it any more. I discovered I had a 301 disappear from my htaccess.(I reset it a few weeks ago) I believe that dropped 301 caused me a duplicate content penalty in MSN.
MSN traffic will re-appear..things like that happen from time too time ..just part of the business. (the very frustrating part !)
So Google is currently sending most the traffic .. roughly 450 a day
Best Revenue Months were 5K , Best Year was 2005 roughly 28K
Worst months were in the $300 range ..worst Year was 2003 ..start up year a few grand if I recollect
Did 13K last year
Total is around 67K the past 3 1/2 years ..
The site has a thousand plus links .. and the site has a HISTORY ..it has trust rank .. and for what it's worth a PR5
Expenses are $20 hosting .
I can certainly continue to host it for a while.. 3 months
