He said, โ€œThank you very much. Iโ€™m asking my wife now.โ€
It seems he holds a great deal of respect for his wife. Judging by the context, heโ€™s likely a well-off independent developer.

Some Chinese wanna buy domains from abroad at low prices ๏ผŒThey usually use such "Excuse" like ๏ผŒHI ๏ผŒ "im a student or college student๏ผŒ I wanna buy your domains for my project."

This guy excuse is that asked her wife Hahaha.

From Chinese point of view ๏ผŒ We can't confirmed it's true deals 100% or although the buyer said 5% fees made successfully.

Why?

At Spaceship ๏ผŒ You can push one domain to another account just for free๏ผŒthen the whois date changed

Chinese domain investors seldom bought such domain with high renewals ๏ผŒmost importantly ๏ผŒ This extension comes out less than 1year

But I will track this sales in the Chinese domain trade groups to see who might buy it and Which project this domain might be.

Overall๏ผŒ 7 out of 10 We can't trust.

To some extend ๏ผŒ I know Chinese more than you guys do because I'm Chinese too๏ผŒLOLโ€ฆ

Chinese domain investors bought a 25000 USD of newTLDs with renewals up to 15000USD per year
Hahahaโ€ฆโ€ฆ

Look๏ผŒ No Chinese domain investors wanna buy these domains although the seller has reduced its prices from 5000USD to 1500 USD or even some 500 USD ๏ผŒHAHAHAโ€ฆ

The question is whether the wife knows about the renewal price...

Nearly all Chinese domain investors know that different kinds of domain renewals are because we Chinese have that domain tools๏ผŒIf you list some premium domains here ๏ผŒ I can tell you What the renewals they are and which registrar is the cheapest to register or renew them.

One case exception ๏ผŒ if you bought domains from registry directly or the buyer require the registry to keep secret ๏ผŒthen this premium domain reg and renewal are normal prices.

Chinese developers tend to COMs more and Domain Hacks a little bit๏ผŒ Howere ๏ผŒas the App is widely used in China ๏ผŒ therefore๏ผŒmost of Developers don't need their own websites๏ผŒinstead๏ผŒIts OK for them just relying on big platforms like Alibaba๏ผŒAliyun๏ผŒTencent or Huaweiโ€ฆ

So they're making apps only for Chinese users? International ambitions are stifled by the state?

NOpe ๏ผŒ I mean most internet companies in China has their own sole Apps๏ผŒ Many Chinese webmasters closed down their Websites due to APPs replaced their websites and these small webmasters can't make profit from ADs any more or hard to earn money from ADs ๏ผŒBTW๏ผŒ Google ADs is not allow here in many areas in China.

because the indian queen who has large portfolio of.xyz in the past ๏ผŒand used to reported high sales of .XYZ at Afternic frequently๏ผŒthen I tried to sell my premium domains Software.xyz๏ผŒ Rome.xyz๏ผŒ Paris.xyz ๏ผŒSys.xyz โ€ฆ when the .XYZ is called " extremely hot" at that time through social media but She refused to buy these premium domains.

Seems that she has left here now
