best might be to contact meta's marketing department, or some sort of lawyers (branding experts) that work for them.

you could also just drive to Meta HQ and pitch it there

or, comment under one of his social media posts...

well I just asked how email mark for fun.. obviously a reply us not likely... tho I'm sure this name is not the worst one can offer him.. as in not the most irrelevant to his ventures

I just emailed him now. nothing fancy.. just at fbcom
