advice Again with GoDaddy

i bought a domain from godaddy closeout auction in 5/may
tel now no replay / no refund / no news

if the current owner renewed the domain why godaddy not refunded me or send me any email

i dont care about the name and the amount is small but its my money and i didnt get the name
