Afternic's Expanded Promotion vs Basic Promotion?

Has anyone noticed any difference in the frequency or quality of their domain offers/sales when switching from Basic Promotion to the Expanded Promotion? I'm wondering if it's worth the extra cost (10% vs 20%).

I list all my domains on the expanded promotion and so far have received 0 offers - so 20% of zero being zero I'm doing OK (except I had to pay for signing up) !
