I have some questions regarding the use of sites likes Afternic and Sedo.
1. Is it important to place your names in categories when listing them on these sites? I do this on Afternic but Sedo's categories suck and I can't get a good category for most names, particularly my Solar Energy and Robotics names. Do potential buyers really browse through categories, or simply search for keywords?
2. Should I always list names on both Aftenric and Sedo, or is one enough?
3. Is it important to even list on Afternic or Sedo? Don't most buyers also do a Whois serach or simply try to key in the name?
4. Are there even retail buyers on Afternic and Sedo? Or is it mostly other domainers? Until I got in the domain game I had never heard of either. I imagine most layman buyers would not know to go there.
