Afternic Premium Promotion Question

I have an account at AfternicDSL

I submitted my domains for Premium Promotion and its telling me that I need to transfer my domains to Network Solutions for a fee. I don't wish to do that, as it doubles my carrying cost.

Is it still been promoted extensively without the transfer or I have to transfer to get that promotion?

Select "Expanded" promotion as that gets you on 18 sites instead of the 19 Premium does and you don't have to transfer your names. Expanded promotion plus listing them all at Sedo and possibly even GoDaddy premium listings gives you some good exposure.
