If you share a bug report here, we're going to take a look at it.

@GoDaddy - As previously mentioned, I think we done more than enough for you guys with little to no return on our investment.

My job is to protect my assets. Not do the job your teams are being ridiculously overpaid to do.

Perhaps a little less experimenting and a little more fixing.

Thanks for this @411domains. We're aware that some sold names haven't synchronized to GoDaddy's search path, leading to the example you show in the screenshot. Our team are looking into this, and will resolve it.

By some, you mean all of them?

I guesstimate that 98-99% of all Afternic sales dating back to 10/11/2024 still have Godaddy auctions attached to them and they still appear in the Godaddy path.

If you try to add them to the cart, they'll fail. Who cares, right?

Everyone should care, because history has repeatedly proven this to be a clear sign the sync is off.

When the sync is off, so are the sales.

You now have a timeline of when it began. That's all I'm sharing.

I made another couple non-boosted sales.

- A two word GEO .com for $4,000.
- One word .US for $950.

I am still convinced that hardly any sales come from the "suggested" section, especially from way down the list.

There were multiple comments about people suddenly losing their premier services rep.

GoDaddy's frontline support is awful. Premier reps are the one saving grace.

Is it too much of a burden to provide good customer service to good customers?

No surprise here. GoDaddy is desperately looking for new ways to cut more costs. Penny wise, pound foolish. The atmosphere can't really be described as good within the company, and it's quite in line with the criticism that loyal customers here and on X have of the company on a daily basis.

PR and Marketing are still running like clockwork.

Ya cut costs so they can run google adwords campaigns for terms like " icann lookup"
Twice thats the first result, sponsored. Brads paying for that campaign.
These actions by daddy are simply to destract and demoralize the competition. Us. At our expense

This has happened now twice in the last week.
Please train your brokers to verify if a domain name is still listed and for sale before performing your
"Buyer call logged" or "Email sent to buyer"

Do you have some automation that sends a follow up after "x" amount of days? Whatever is sending out correspondence -- please insert a pre-check to make sure that domain name is still listed and for sale.

In the last week, I have seen correspondence go out on 2 different domain names that were already sold on your own platform -- so the excuse cannot be you never got notification from a 3rd party that the name sold -- you actually have the data within your own platform!

With that many domain names, years of being a customer, and annual spending with GD -- that is terrible that they lost their premier services rep.

Two things I am wondering about for those who lost their Premier Services Rep
1) Do we know if they still have access to premier services -- just not a dedicated rep?
2) More importantly, did they lose the DTVS Service? Basically, DTVS (I think it stands for Domain Transfer Verification Service/System) means they will call you personally to validate any domain name leaving your account (unless it is via Fast Transfer).

Interesting to see that as I received an email late last night from an "Aftermarket Partner Sales Executive", who checks out / exists, asking me if I would like to discuss my portfolio.

"We specialize in portfolio optimization for our larger clients" want to know if I am interested in connecting.

What is interesting is that I do not have any domains registered at GD, none listed in AN (not since the boost thing), and have a rather small portfolio compared to what others have (and what I've had in the past when I did have a GD rep but then lost that without warning many years ago. I guess when I dropped below a certain count he bowed out... This seems to be an AN rep as opposed to a GD rep.

So this is interesting and perplexing given what I am reading from your post...

How to remove safely domains from Afternic? This considering fast transfer is enabled, I want to disable them before moving away, is it at SAV (registrar) side or Afternic side?

There's something going on with Afternic these days. I sold a domain last Thursday, I provided the auth code, and I haven't heard anything from them since then. The status of the sale is Transfer Pending, but I haven't even received the usual transfer away email yet, so I guess the transfer hasn't been initiated. I sent a message to the TA agent 2-3 days ago, no reply yet. I'm not even sure that message went through...

2 new leads in the lead center, two agents have been assigned, but no contact has been made after 50 hours or so..

With boosted or with non boosted it is same results in suggested section ! Most of our domains not appearing in godaddy search suggested results, godaddy changed the algorithm infavour of their benefits and cross promo's for hand regs and other useless TLDS .

I've been trying to export my domain list but have never managed to do it successfully. My account manager told me that the failure is due to the large size of the domain list. I'm puzzled why such a simple export function is unachievable. If the large volume of data is the problem, why not process it on the backend and send it to my email?

Why do I need to frequently export my domain list? This is an old issue - โ€œIN REVIEWโ€ and I can't make sure all my domains are listed , yet it hasnโ€™t been resolved even as we approach 2025. Now, thereโ€™s also a new "PENDING SYNC" category to deal with. My account manager says he lacks the authority to handle the "PENDING SYNC." When I contacted Afternic customer service, several days later I received an email saying, "Your listings require further review and have been escalated to senior support, as soon as we have an update we will reach back out to you." How much longer will it take to resolve this? It's frustrating that no concrete timeline is provided.

Why did I never encounter any of these issues with my domains at DAN? Itโ€™s incredibly disappointing and increasingly aggravating that these basic functions and requests continue to be problematic here. The lack of effective resolutions and the bureaucratic delays are unacceptable for such fundamental needs. How hard can it possibly be to fix these issues?

Can you please update your terrible website?
I think even a recent college graduate could program better to handle these basic functions than what you're currently offering!
Do you even have any programmers, or are they all retired and no longer planning to update the website?
Your website doesn't look like something from 2024; it resembles an antique from twenty years ago!

@GoDaddy I still have sold names appearing at godaddy. Sold one on October 15 that still appears. Also found 2 more.

This is 100% not cool.

Afternic lead center seems closed... Two new leads still in qualifying status, a broker has been assigned, but no contact has been attempted after 3-4 days.. Not that I worry much, 99% of leads turn out to be worthless, but it's not professional..
