Am I the only one having received this email from Afternic ?
They refer to my domain Videos.tv :

Fabulous, one of our parking providers, has
removed your name from their parking system.
We have moved it to DomainSponsor, another
provider, since it currently displays a blank
white page. The changes should take effect
within one day. They found the name to be
trademark infringing
. We have sent them an
email requesting that they reconsider some
of the names in their block list.

The decision to remove this name was not made
by Afternic. The new parking page will appear
within one day from now.

Maybe they have a huge sponser on videos or something?

For all you know, it might not be the parking company, but a client requesting it.

Perhaps a very wealthy client, so they can't refuse...

But still, this is absurd...

Hi Argos,

We advised Afternic that this domain was unacceptable for our premium program as we do not allow .tv domain on this program.

Domains we are looking to park on our premium 4.0 program include, commercial English language .com domains with type-in value. However, we are happy to review quality, .net, .org, .co.uk, .com.au, .ca and .us domains.

After reading Mike's reply it's obvious afternic chose the wrong canned message. I haven't had any problems with fabulous so far.

I've gotten the message from Afternic as well... one for a domain that I don't even own anymore and had set as "closed"
