question Afternic Domain Requested for Fast Transfer

Hey, today I was checking my Afternic account (after receiving an email for a domain enquiry for another domain) and noticed another message in my Afternic inbox.

Does this mean that someone tried to purchase the above .tv domain for BIN but failed due to no fast transfer?

Was the TV domain actively listed/authorized on Afternic before you received this email?

Sometimes a domain can sit on their system for a while before it is authorized.

It may be a case that they only just authorized it, which triggered the email request.
