advice How to add fast transfer to Afternic

Hi,
I have some domains listed at afternic and while some of them are showing as Fast transfer others not shoing as fast transfer but showing this message:
No (Opt-in Required)info
I tried a lot but couldn't find any way to make them Fast transfer. I also tried deleting a listing and listing again but still its showing this:
No (Opt-in Required)info
All domains are low priced within $100-1200 range
Please suggest how to edit them to make them "Fast Transfer"

Are they over 60 days old? Does the registrar work with fast transfer?

No they are newly bought but bought at godaddy, can it be marked fast transfer only after 60 days?
But some of them are older still can't mark them as fast transfer
