I recently added a few domains to my Afternic account that were eligible for the Afternic DLS program. I received an email immediately stating that my domains were eligible for their premium network and I would receive an email shortly where I would confirm ownership of the domains and accept the terms and conditions of the PN. I've received that same email for the last 10+ domains I've added to my Afternic portfolio, but I never receive an email after that.

Wondering if that's happened to anyone else?

Yup, happens all the time - Ongoing issue that I experienced over the past two days as well

@anantj - Thanks for the heads up!

Did you resolve the issue? I've been trying to activate their DLS network since I joined Afternic, but I never receive a confirmation email afterwards. I sent Afternic an email a few days ago but haven't received a response. I'm guessing I might have to call them if things don't change

Nope. I don't bother because
a. Their platform is very buggy but they refuse to either acknowledge the issues or fix them (One of their product managers is on Namepros).
b. Their support is nothing to write home about and I'm not keen on having to reach out to them all the time
