After winning bid / payment seller NOT transfering domain

dear Peers,

I have won a domain FastestDomains.com in ebay & paid for it on may 31 2010.

The seller is 1300 TR rating - 100% positive !! & listing domains every day.

But he is not pushing the domain & he has not even responded to my payment & ebay messages.

I have opened a case with ebay. But don't know what will happen. Can you suggest me?

FastestDomains.com was online since 2000. It was dropped in 2010 & the seller registered it. I won the bid & paid. But he seems NOT willing to push the domain.

What to do now?

I know nothing about this seller, but things do happen to people. We have had purchases where the seller dropped off the face the the earth for 2-4 weeks and then contacted us. Death of a family member, in a car accident, etc. Things happen to people.

Which may or may not be the case in your situation, but it does happen.

Did you try calling him? Took about 1 min to pull these #s from the internet.

I wouldn't worry about it. He is a longtime seller.

And I think it was this seller who was in the hospital awhile back and had someone helping him that took awhile to push the domains. Not sure if this is the same guy.
