Africanitems.com has been Online Since: August 22nd, 2003.
Complete site with content and traffic.

I put it up for sale today and got a PM already, but not sure how much to ask.
(First time I'm selling a domain).
I'm actually sad to sell this one, but don't have time to develop it ...

Any comments will be appreciated, I don't want to pay for an appraisal (yet).

Because its a complete site - criteria are going to be different then just the domain name. Africa as a keyword - seems to do well as domain names - however I would consider "Items" a poor choice in regards to keywords. Looking at namebio.com we can see some recent sales with the keyword "Africa":

webafrica.com $8,889 2006-10-02 Afternic
africanamericanfigurine.com $375 2005-07-18 Afternic

It appears that the word "african" is signifigantly less than "Africa". Based solely on the domain name - the value is in the low-mid xx. However with traffic and revenue statistics - this valuation would go up considerably. If you care to post it in this appraisal forum, I will add to this appraisal.
