Hello,
I am looking to see if anyone has a good rule of thumb to follow when selling common word domains or short domains like AB.com ABC.com
Lets say I own Happy.com (I don't, Walgreens does). If you look it up on WIPO, there's over 25,000+ trademarks for it. Does this mean I risk losing the domain to a UDRP if I contact one of those trademark holders to sell the domain?
I'm just unsure what the best course of action to take when soliciting a domain that has hundreds or thousands of trademark holders and is a common word?
Hoping to get your guys' thoughts on this, thank you.
