I am not sure what to use in domain names Advice or Advise. What is the difference between Advice and Advise? What word should we use while selecting domain names containing Advice or Advise?

It really just depends on how it is used I guess.

Advice is what you give or take and to be advised or to advise someone is how you are giving or taking the advice.

Advice: Is a noun meaning a proposal for an appropriate course of action.:
ex: Sarah asked for advice on how to sell a domain name.
ex: John gave Sarah advice on how to sell her domain names
ex: Domain name advice and news.

Advise: Is a verb meaning "to give counsel or advice":
ex: Sarah asked if John could advise her on how to sell domain names.
ex: John advised Sarah how to sell her domain name.
ex: Domain name advisory and news.

It depends on context, but I think Advice is much stronger overall.
FinancialAdvice.com or something like that just sounds good.

as rich said,

advice = noun
advise = verb (or more precisely "to advise")
