Best bet is you contact adult chat/ cam sites owners. If your name have search volume, you can sell it easily in SEO forum for low $xxx. Selling is hard part esp if your domain is not premium

Maybe you're right but .miami is making it too targetted. Also, .miami is not good for SEO purposes. On the other hand donors in miami are that much. So in general lets say miamidonors.com or something like that is much better on my end.

That why brandable are sold in NP for $10 to $25. if all brandable worth $150k why it sold for $10 in NP?. You need luck for that or you need to hold a huge brandable portfolio say 5k domains.

My current collection is less than 200; and it's already hard to managed. I think you are right I about luck. They must did heavy marketing to get that much...
Another example of luck; 2.TV was sold for $100,000. This is a good returned..

That what i am saying, $500 for West startup firm is big money, anything above $40k will be big for even large firms, so it take good luck, large portfolio and patience. For small cats like us, just some quick flip will help us to get more domains name. hey what ur name is it Zap? :P

If these is keyword/brandable domain, wait for a weak and email them whats your best price/ ask about them like whats your firm is in to etc. so that you keep communication going, i think important in sale is you don't break the communication.
