Do keywords like Mesothelioma attorney or all those Mesothelioma really give u THAT much per click if it does why dosent everyone use the words and make 1000's off of adsense?

lol - Look around in the forum and search online - you'll see How many sites on the subject there already is. Yes - Those type keywords can be profitable , But people using them are competing with Thousands upon thousands of other people for the existing traffic.
