AdSense PRO needed

I need an adsense PRO that knows the in's and out's of how to take a domain name, a good key worded one like seattledivorceattorneys.com for example and code it in a way that it ranks #1 for anyone typing in "seattle divorce attorneys".

If I can find the right guy, I have 1000's of names for you and I am hoping to work out a high XX figure for you to build out adsense sites.
