SEO/splash page GURU Needed

Our company owns several domain names that are Key worded in nature.

For example, names like "Dover web design". If you type that into Google, the domain name will come up as #1. Most of our key worded domain names usually with a little code, because we actually own the .com, will go to #1 with very little help.

Some however, take some time to get to #1 on Google because the code is wrong, and or not done correctly.

We are looking for a good SEO and design guy that understands the "riddle" of key worded domain names and how domain names work that can go and put up a splash page and then SEO the site in such a way that it spiders up Google.

An example of a splash page is bellevuetrialattorneys.com.

We are looking for someone to take a template, put it up on Google under the key worded domain name that we own, and then code it correctly so that it climbs up to #1.

If you don't know how to do this, please don't reply. We have 1000's of names that are #1 on Google so we know it works.

We lost our SEO guy that ranked these and we have 1000's of names to work out. He was charging us 40 each to do it.
