AdSense not showing on a site.... what happened?

Ive included a 728x90 ad on my site but its not showing... im guessing its because theres a wrong code right?

Can someone help me find out what is it?

You are missing a section of the code.

You also have wrong html elements inside the <head> of your document.

I copied it exactly from adsense so why does it change?

Adsense is there but you need to get approved first then it will show up. I guess you just started with adsense right. Give it time.

Actually, google changed the way their code works. Takes about 10-20 minutes for new code to show up versus the instant of the old version.
