AdSense geek needed for 1000 names

Hi,

I have unsuccessfully hired five people in the last month to do this simple job. FIVE.

Each time something happens after the first week I hire them, usually its my mother is sick, or waiting on writers, but I am sick and tired of the excuses and am looking for an adsense guy that KNOWS what they are doing. KNOWS how to maximize profits for each one of my names.

I was making like 450K a year with these names and my geek killed my server last summer when I sold all of the names to an investor. Problem is, the guy flaked on the purchase of my names and now I need to get my names back online with ad sense sites.

I need a guy that can create for me ad sense sites like www.alaskatrialattorneys.com.

You will notice this site has custom news feeds and three pages of listings of attorneys specific for that domain name. What they need is another Google sponsored link on them as well. Each site needs to be Google friendly meaning that each site needs to be done correctly so it abides by Google's rules and re

I own about 500 attorney names. So in essence the template would be the same, but I would need customizations for each one. I then own about 250 Realtor and 250 mortgage names.

I will agree to award the contract for $15 per name.

Right ok, so lets just get this right, its all the same template, just different name, and would the name be done by hostname, or would it be a name rather than an address, and what sort of server systems are we running here, PHP and MySQL, Oracle, JSP?
