AdSense from phone internet

hello. i was wondering if somebody will be able to help with this question:
If some kind of special script available to help adsense links to show up, when you are browsing site from your mobile phone internet? I seen some ads on other sites from my phone browser, but cannot figure out how to make my site to show ads that way. Thank you.

sure, if i can see other peoples websites and their adsense. i just cannot see adsense links on my websites.
