Did you just put it up? If so, give it a day or so.

It generally take a day or to for the adsense to adjust and provide relevant ads. You shouldn't worry about it.

Might be interest-based or 3rd party ads ...

You can't choose what ads to show, but you can block things. To block 3rd party ads and/or interest based ads:

allow/block ads -> blocking options -> advanced options​

You can also block by category, advertiser, ad network - it's important to know that blocking options apply to your entire account, not just one site.

Suggestion: Look at your reports by targeting type first to see if you're getting revenue from the IBA's - some people get good results from them.
