Adobe illustrator / hex code?

I want to get my own colors using the hex code on illustrator but i cant find anywhere to do this on the software, its difficult to always enter the RGB numbers all the time.

Anyone know how to choose colors by hex code?

ummm not sure what you mean.It's like photoshop.it's easy.

This is from the menu on top, you can click and add any colors you like,you can create your own palletes.




You double click the fill or the stroke from the left


and then this pops like in photoshop



type the hex number in (# ....)

You pick your color and then add it from the menu on top ( see 1st image)

What i was doing was adding a new swatch then double clicking it to change the color.
