Administrative overhead for reseller

hi,

i'm thinking of getting myself a premium reseller account
(e.g., enom 6.95 or directi 6.49).

i'm wondering how much administrative overhead is
associated with maintaining active reseller status.

i mean if i manage to recruit many subsellers and customers
under my account, how much time shall i expect to spend
to manage them (e.g., handle their request or inquiry, etc.)

just to get some rough idea from established resellers out there..
you can pm me if you prefer.
thanks.

peter

Are you looking to become a full fledged ETP or a reseller under a reseller? There is a big difference from a support perspective as in enom only will directly support the ETP

what if i am just a reseller under someone else?
do i have to support my cusomters myself, or i can just redirect them
to enom or directi?

I think your ETP is required to provide support to you if you are a sub-reseller

Enom resellers really don't have much work in maintenance, mainly due to the solidity of the scripts.

You do support your sub accounts, but can always request help upward if you can't resolve a problem.
