Someone owes me some amount, and I want it on my US Paypal account.
Paypal doesn't operate in his country, but he has credit cards, and local bank accounts.
What would be the fastest way for him to send me the money?
1. He wires to my local US bank, then I add it to my Paypal from there: not very fast.
2. He buys a droppable domain from me via a marketplace like sedo,.. but the fee may be high compared to 3 figure amount.
