Adding a domain/site to a host?

My host is Godaddy. I already have my main site set up but how would i go about making a second site from that host and pointing it to my 2nd domain?

You may not be able to, depends on what you ordered. If you ordered a hosting package for one site then you'll have to upgrade or purchase another.

When I purchased hosting for GoDaddy there was a hosting panel that showed available hosting accounts, and I would select which domain to use for available spots from there...I know that's not very specific...

My hosting plan will allow it. I added the domain via my godaddy panel. I copied the name servers from my first site and added it to my domain on my second site. Now currently I have the content of my second site in www.firstsite.com/secondsite/index.php and I can run the site from there. Now how do I make it just www.secondsite.com/index.php. Like where do I exactly upload my content to? Its currently in the folder of my root.
