Due to me moving across the country once again, and the fact that I massed a nice $40,000.00 hospital bill while here in California, I've opted to sell Addictive Sites to clear off, or come close to clearing off my hospital debts here before I move.
About Addictive Sites
As you can see, Addictive Sites is an i-am-bored.com style website. Fully unique design and custom coded entirely by me with an administration panel to approve/deny website submissions, add or deny friend-list requests, and the ability to add advertisers into the link list on the left. This site, to maintain it, takes at the most, 15 minutes/day. Really simple, even for someone who has absolutely no knowledge of code.
Revenue Details
Currently, I have 3 streams of revenue. The 100x100 ads which currently generated ~$105.00/day, AdBrite which generates around $10 - $15/day, and the ability for individuals to purchase links located on the left which I haven't pushed, and currently isn't generating any income. (Those there are there as a favor). Google is also situated, but it gains barely anything.
Traffic Details
At it's peak, Addictive Sites was getting close to 30,000 unique users per day. Since I've stopped pushing it, it receives around 4,000 uniques per day. I was running an ad budget of around $500.00/week to achieve 30,000 unique users/day with AdBrite and AdEngage.
Reason I'm Selling
As I said above, I've massed a large hospital bill from slipping into keto twice in the past 6 months.
What I'm looking For
Ideally, I refuse to part with this site for less than $30,000.00. So that's where I'll start taking offers at. Without a second thought, I'll gladly take a BIN of $50,000.00.
