I have shared hosting with Namecheap (cPanel). If I create an add-on domain it becomes a subdomain to the main domain. Is there a way to hide the relationship between the two domains, perhaps with a 301? Or will crawlers always be able to find the relationship?

    don't use namecheap

the normal way cpanel handles it has different results
    I use hostgator for years
    no issues

I know some here don't like hostgator

just my experience is hassle-free for at least 5 years or more
