Add Blink to Icon $10

Appreciate someone working this out..I have 3 different sizes of Icons that represent Service Stations .. National Level Icon , Regional Level and address level.. I want to add animated "blink" to NEW STATIONS (address Icon) that are added to the database(mysql)

The "blink" should have a time element say 30 days..

So for example when a new Station is added at 30 Main Street in Sacramento California the yellow icon appears as usual but will also "Blink" for 30 days.. to be used as a alert so people see a new station has been added

I already have the blink img for another widget
just PM if you can do this ..pretty simple for a coder ..pain in the butt for me
