Ad Companies that allow Mini Sites?

I have a horrible success rate for developing websites that actually generate traffic and produce Ad clicks. I think out of 10 domains developed I probably have 1 thats worth keeping.

Im looking for a company that I can use while I slowly tweak these websites just to earn some dollars back for renewals? (anything but Adsense something el;se that has work for you guys)
