Included in this sale is the current design, as seen fully coded online, as well as another design that was never used. It is of very high quality, as you can see in the supplied image. This design is not coded, so you will only be receiving the PSD. As the buyer, you have the option of not purchasing this design--it will be resold separately thereafter. I do highly suggest you purchase the design though, as I will be reselling it for much more than I have included it in the total price.

You will also be receiving a license for Acorn Admin--this software is not completed, but is capable of running the site just as it is. There are bug, just as with any software. Support is not all there, so you will most likely be on your own, but I can direct you to the right person to help out if you need anything. There were a few custom coding jobs done to the administation system, but nothing drastic. You'll be helped out with getting things setup if you do so choose to use it.

Access Gamer has opened up many opportunities for myself, as well as the other writers that helped maintain the site. A couple of us have even gone on to be published in a professional online publication. I am passing this opportunity on to the community now.

• Site has not been updated since January 2005
• There is minimal revenue; about 4 dollars a month.
• Site is high-maintenance--not a get-rich-quick scheme.

No, the current highest offer is $1000. It's the only offer we've received (with exception to your's) and it's at Sedo. I was hoping not to incur Sedo fees by selling it before someone made an offer there, but no one seems to be interested.

I'm still going to keep this open for a couple more days, just to see what progress is like. After that, the Sedo buyer gets it.
