question About Uniregistry BIN sale

Hi,
I am new to Uniregistry BIN sale, for the seller.
Could you please tell me about the domain transfer process?

As I understand, I need to transfer the domain to my Uniregistry account by myself? And after that Uniregistry will push the domain to the buyer account?
Or I just provide the transfer key and unlock the domain. The buyer/ Uniregistry will process the transfer job?

I already thought the same thing but I read a gain their email, it states that "Important: Only complete the transfer from within the Uniregistry Market. Do not start a transfer of your own."
So I did not transfer it to my UNI.

Better to let them pay for it anyway. I think they charge the buyer a transfer fee before they can check out.
