I would like some opinions on what AAAFreerolls.com might be worth

Is it good enough to pay for a certified evaluation?

Might be good for first listing in the phone book, but not so much as a domain name IMO.. would require branding and development due to the AAA prefix. reg fee - low xx

And certified evaluations are a scam .. you can get quality appraisals for free here from qualified individuals (myself excluded ) In the end, an appraisal means nothing.. it's just an opinion, albeit an educated one. The domain is only worth what the end user is willing to pay.
