Low to Mid $XX IMO, smoke and ville don't seem to go together well to me.

No OVT to speak of. No links to speak of. Not that impressive amount of Google results. It is a decent name, I'd say as-is mid-high $xx (+-). I'd develop the name however. There's a few ways you could take it. Possibly a forum and/or some type of affiliate selling tobacco products (cigs) etc. Good luck w/it
